Graduated from UK in 1988 and then taught Special Education and Preschool in Anderson and Franklin Counties for 14 years.
*Background In Home Inspection Completed all necessary training to do home inspections. It only took a few high roofs and muddy crawlspaces to realize that this was not for me! I do think the knowledge gained here benefits my clients. When new legislation required all home inspectors to be licensed, I decided I'd rather sell houses than inspect them!
*Licensed Realtor since June 2006 After getting my real estate license, deciding who to work for was an easy decision. Placed my license with Century 21 Commonwealth Real Estate, Principal Broker Danny Willis and have been happily helping people through real estate transactions for 3 years now!
*ABR means Accredited Buyer's Representative, a designation I earned in January 2008. Basically it means extra training and knowledge that makes me really good at helping people through the buying process!
