My wife Jane, and I, met Jamie Morgan while we were in Kentucky searching for a property to retire to from California. We were only here for a few days but we were immediately impressed by Jamie's high energy, understanding of our needs, and commitment to us over the long term, even though we were to deal long distance from across the country. Although we said we may not buy for some time she responded it did not matter; that she would work for us just as hard.
I should mention that my wife and I are school teachers and Jamie has also taught in local schools. This added dimension she enhanced our education about local schools and customs, neighborhoods, the economy, and the people we could effectively trust. California, and many other states far away from Kentucky, are quite different and Jamie understood and helped us cope.
Ms. Morgan demonstrated that she is a person of her word. Over the next four months she sent us tens of listings, gave us access to listing web pages, took hundreds of photographs she emailed to us, and connected us to the other local connections we would need to make a smooth transition to Kentucky. Jamie is not your 'run-of-the-mill' real estate agent. She is the highly exceptional in a very average real estate world. She took our needs personally and fulfilled every one with vigor.
We did buy a farm outside of Frankfort.. Jamie helped with all the financial details from cross-country, was at our new home to accept delivery of the moving truck, offered us firewood to keep us warm through the first cold days, and we moved smoothly into semi-retirement in a wonderful, beautiful rural neighborhood in backwoods Kentucky.
We are still close friends and Jane and I want to do everything in our power to connect Jamie Morgan to other people like ourselves who want a real estate person who actually cares deeply and will stay on the job until completion. We believed in her and you will too once you meet her.
